Joanna is a great technician - I have been regularly getting shellac at another salon that was using a drill to remove the shellac. Joanna advised me that this was why my nails were breaking and weak. She was quick and efficient, and genuinely cared about my nail health. Instead of removing my shellac with a drill like most technicians, she took the time to do it manually, which I really appreciated. My manicure has lasted weeks without any nail breakage. The shellac pedicure was also flawless.
