I had waxing done years ago and it was really sore so I was so hesitant to try again. I’m so glad I did. Jillian explains everything and you feel at ease as soon as you arrive. The place is absolutely immaculate. It wasn’t anywhere near as sore as I expected, in fact, it wasn’t overly painful. I’m definitely going to be a repeat customer.
