Treatwell did not inform the salon of my booking but the beautician was very polite and offered me another appointment time.
Had many treatments with jillan and have never been disappointed!
She listens to what i need from my massage and doesn't hold back (I don't like fairy fingers lol)
Waxing is always perfect and aftercare advice is spot on!
Looking forward to trying new treatments in the near future x

I have been into the salon twice now to see Jillian and both times my experience has been nothing short of excellent. Jillian uses a wax called 'Lycon' which I had never heard of before my visit to One Stop Beauty but OMG I will never go anywhere that doesn't use this wax now. My treatment was fast, efficient and I was out at ease from the moment I stepped into the room
I have also had an eyebrow wax and time and Jillian took the time to ask me about what shape I wanted and ensured they were perfect in both colour and shape, excellent experience all round, I no longer dread my waxing appointments
