Was my first time doing biab, and she was very nice explaining the whole process and how to keep my nails strong. Loved the cat eye design too, would highly recommend :)

The manicure was good. But I waited 15 minutes which slightly delayed me when I was done. Also I booked the appointment with Inna but ended up with someone else which was fine, but it would be good to know about the change so I am aware.
