I recently started going to the gym again. I over did it with the weights, subsequently injuring the back of my neck at the base of my skull.
This caused inflammation pressing on the occipital nerve. Had very bad tension headaches and I was constantly in a foul mood because of it.
During my session with Peter I was very impressed with his knowledge and technique.
It’s been two days now still feeling a little swore/tender but my headaches have gone.
