This was genuinely the worst massage I've ever had. I booked a deep tissue massage, but the entire session involved heavy stroking and random poking and prodding. At one point, my therapist announced she was a “licensed chiropractor” and attempted to crack my spine multiple times. She was unsuccessful in her endeavors, and I left more tense than when I arrived. I’ve had many excellent massages at Soma and know they’re capable of better. But I won’t be back.
