The building felt a little run-down and a bit disorganised (I was called 30 mins before my appointment to ask if I could come later; I said no and when I arrived I found they had got another customer to have their massage in the reception area instead!!) but the staff were really friendly and the massage itself was excellent. I would go back.

This was a firm but relaxing massage. She was attentive to the areas that I mentioned but also managed to cover my whole body in 45 mins.
