A no frills therapy rooms that did not disappoint. I had 45 mins of reflexology and it was amazing! A lovely therapist and excellent value for money. Highly recommended!
Reflexology
I couldn't rate this highly enough. Savvas was thoroughly professional and has healing hands (and elbows). I could barely move my neck when I went in and by the time I came out and in the subsequent days, the pain has been so much better and I feel like I've made good progress. It's good to have a massage with a lot of pressure that feels like it's making an impact on your muscles. I'll definitely be going back regularly.
Deep Tissue Massage
Galateia is very experienced, often I walk in saying I’ve got general body aches, please just focus wherever you think is best. Without fail, she picks up on the knots and stiffness and melts the muscles back to butter. Communicative as well, to check that the pressure is good or if you’d like to focus on another area. I’ll definitely be going back!
