I was expecting a sports massage but received more of a deep tissue. Good massage but I felt more specific exercises could've been applied to the areas I identified as injured

Massage was very good, I have very achy shoulders and the therapist was brilliant at getting the knots out.

This was my second massage here and another great treatment. The staff are so friendly and really know what they are doing! I will continue to come here.

My Masseuse was amazing. I had a really sore patch under my shoulder blade and she really was able to release some of the knots and tension. She used quite a few techniques that made a massive difference. She also gave me advice on how to avoid the same pain in future. I would def recommend and return next time I need a massage. The 45 min treatment was the perfect length of time for back and shoulders.

I attended here for the first time whilst the venue is small it's perfectly suited to my needs and exactly what I want. the staff were friendly and attentive giving us water on arrival. I was given a wonderful experience by David. I have to admit I really enjoyed everything about this experience my body and mind purred and glowed afterwards. I cannot recommend this place enough. It's well worth a visit.
