Amazing. I've been twice in two weeks with a bad shoulder and both times it's really alleved the pain. Moreso than visiting a physio or a sports therapist. I intend to go back at least once a month, it's such a great thing. Galateia was every bit as good as Savvas - I asked her to lower the pressure a bit as I was feeling quiet tired and she got it bang on. I will be rushing back as soon as I have a free evening. I only wish the location was near my house, probably just as well it isn't or I'd spend all of my wages there.

I went to Soma because I had been experiencing severe pain under my shoulder blade following a heavy week of training and long hours in the office. The therapist focussed on the area that was causing me pain, worked out all the knots, and gave me some practical tips to stop the pain from coming back. The staff were all very friendly and being able to go about my day without the pain is definitely worth the price of the massage. Whilst the pain isn't completely gone, it's vastly improved and I'm amazed at the difference they made in half an hour.
