it was really great, I'm going again for sure. Des Shaw explained everything he was doing and all the problems I had and how to improve them, its affordable enough to be able to go back there every month at least.

Booked this last minute due to neck pain which I think was a trapped nerve. Staff were friendly and welcoming, Gelatia was an amazing therapist and really worked wonders - the pinched nerve was not solved but the overall effects were really relaxing. Will be back for more.
