Georgio is clearly a very experienced masseur. Very interested in the patient's wellbeing. A firm touch, not swishy washy, and only painful when I said 'go for it' because I clearly needed. Also very helpful suggesting specific therapeutic stretches to help me keep the problem (shoulder) away - which was quite unusual.

Complete disaster. I left more stressed than before I arrived! I had scheduled a 30 minute massage, but had to leave the venue without it after waiting for over 30 minutes. Upon my arrival I was told that they were wrapping up with another client, and that I would need to wait 5-10 minutes. No problem, I said, so I sat down and waited... Then the staff disappeared, only to reappear 30 minutes later to tell me they were sorry and someone had apparently 'snuck in' just before my reserved time. By that time I had been there as long as my massage should have been so chose to walk out. Was not offered to reschedule or anything in exchange for the wasted time. Do not waste your time with this please, poorly managed and bad customer service.
