Worst deep tissue massage ever! didn’t warm up the body properly, very bad technique. I am surprised people say it is nice, maybe they never had a proper massage. Change the venue! They also cracked my neck w/ telling me;afaik you aren’t allowed to do it in uk if you aren’t as a chiropractor.
The towel and the oil weren’t warm enough, my muscles weren’t prepared enough for the massage. I had more than 30 deep tissues in the past two years, this was the worst. Have new trigger points now
