Eyebrow waxing was done by the owner and turned out well. A different woman did my nails & took her time. However, she cut way too much of my cuticle off on several fingernails. My thumb continued to bleed for the rest of the manicure. The nail beds on 5 of my fingers are still painful, red, & inflammed 2 days later. My thumb is starting look infected. I had my nails done to look good for a wedding but now I don't want people looking at my hands.

Booked in for lash lift and eyebrow wax - wax was good, the lash lift was AWFUL. I’ve been here before and it was a new person who was doing my lashes. The formula got in my eyes and it was absolute agony. Didn’t do it properly as there was literally no lift whatever. Awful!!
