Arti is sweet and pleasant but I left this wax appointment getting the worst ingrowns ever. I can tell that the wax was too hot and she wasn’t holding the skin taut and not pulling strip off against hair growth so it snapped hair off at the base rather than pull from the follicle. I think Sonal should be in the shop to provide guidance and advice to the girls working for her.
