I was left looking like Day 3 of a shave, my leg hairs were fully grown when I came in. The lady who did the job said she couldn’t get all my hairs because they were ingrown, short and hard also commented how dry my skin was! I was left with so much hair on my legs I was forced to shave at home. Furthermore I was left with wax all over and she didn’t have the decency to clean it up.

I had high hopes given the mountain of positive reviews, but my own experience didn't match up. The wax felt rushed and I still had wax left on my legs which led to patches of the sheet of tissue I'd been lying on to remain stuck to my legs. When legs were moisturised it wasn't rubbed in properly, leaving me to do it myself after. When I got home I found missed patches of hair, and overall the wax was the most painful I've had. She spent more time talking than paying attention to waxing me.
