Booked a facial and haircut.
Both treatments were great, there were some minor issues with the team changing timings last minute for the bookings originally made which meant some waiting around that hadn’t been anticipated.
Also, more transparency on pricing is needed for services they offer. Both treatments were charged more than what was booked from the original app but no explanation provided. Happily paid as treatments were they were good but something for salon to consider.
