I booked a 1 hour massage for 9.30am. I then had a email the day before to say my app had been rescheduled for 11.15. So just thought ok. Then when I was on my way I had another email to say rescheduled AGAIN to 11.30. Once I arrived I was told I would have to wait 15 minutes more. I sat In the waiting area for 40 minutes. So she didn't start my massage until 12.15 Then when she said finished the time was 12.45. She had only given me a half hour massage when paid for a full hour. Disappointing
