The waxing room was unhygienic, equipment was old & customer service was poor. The waxer did not sanitise my private area and get rid of the moisture before they started waxing. I was wearing jeans so of course I was a bit sweaty. She also missed out a lot of hair and I had to ask her multiple times to take the hair out. When I asked, she claimed she couldn’t see it so I used my iPhone light to show point out the missed areas. Wouldn’t recommend, not worth the price!

It was empty when I arrived but then two other women came in and a man so it felt a little crowded for such a small venue. Was a really quick treatment though so that was a bonus

The pedicure station wasn’t clean, numerous hairs from the previous client. The manicurist couldn’t cut my nails with the clippers as they were blunt so ended up filing my nails very short to make up for the poor cutting! I walked out without getting my nails and had to do to the cash point to get cash as their credit card machine wasn’t working! I paid, as felt sorry that been closed for so long due to covid. They should have offered me a refund, but I didn’t just wanted to leave!
