A good painless wax but missed parts which I only noticed when I got home.

They overcharged me as I booked eyebrow threading and face threading separately, not aware that eyebrows were included with the face. When I asked for a refund for the eyebrow payment I was refused. I was also told that treatwell prices were more than walk-in!
COVID-19 measures were simply not there. No masks worn by therapists and when another customer asked if she should wear her mask, the therapist replied 'it's up to you'
Highly disappointed will not be coming back unfortunately.
