Was seen right on time, salon was clean and lovely and quiet, a few minutes peace was bliss!!
Facial Threading
No PPE worn by the therapist. Still doing threading by using her mouth. No hand sanitiser used prior to starting or offered to me. The front of one brow was removed so they now are very wide apart and look very odd. The edges are not clean. I’ve got to bug tweezers and re-do them. I also had to go and spend 20 on brow products so that I can balance my brows. I wouldn’t return.

Good experience and would go again but next time I will double check that All the hairs are gone as when I got home I notice that there was some hairs left

Staff member was very friendly and the overall end result of my waxing I could not fault, however the room and equipment looked old and not very hygienic. Good value for money however a few small changes could make a big difference to the overall experience.
