Firstly there was confusion over pricing because my hair is long (told them this over the phone) and they wanted to charge more despite their Treatwell price. They did not in the end though which I was grateful for. The haircut was done but very gingerly as if she was very nervous cutting and in i asked for layers at the front and she practically gave me a blunt bob at the front and long everywhere else. When i got home i could really see how silly it looked so used a razor to thin the front layers so it blended better into the rest of the long hair! Not ideal. Not bad for a trim or quick blow dry if you have short hair but expect them to struggle if you have long hair and want layers or anything.
