I was expecting to have my eyebrows trimmed and shaped within 5-10 minutes I entered and the place was empty the threading was about 1 minute ! The shape was nice but can't say any more because I was literally out the door within 3 minutes no waiting around and as I already paid by card I left right away . I tried this place Sonia's in purley because I usually go to charlottes in purley but wanted to see what the difference was as charlottes charge over half the price more . The difference it seems is that you have to wait , can't pay before you get there, you have a loyalty card but they never use it and they spend time getting the shape you want and let you see them afterwards . Although it was a good shape at Sonia's when I got home I found a few eyebrow hairs not taken off and felt Sonia rushed the appointment but you get what you pay for . I would recommend this place and will go back as I don't like / do small talk , charlottes take the time to get to know you , ask you what you want before diving in but the main difference is the price Sonia's £5 charlottes £12 I really cannot justify spending £12 for the same treatment and I am assuming you pay that much for the name of the place and the time spent waiting as well as small talk . I think I will stick with Sonia's as its better value for money -and no prying into your life

Staff are friendly and salon is clean. Wax is done quickly and seems less painful than some other salons but I think pricing could be clearer.
this salon is just 5min walk from my house. very nice experience, i will definitely go back there for waxing!
