The place was quite hard to find but the beautician was helpful and came down to let me in. She was friendly and quick but the wax was more painful than I've had before

Sonia was very friendly and it was a nice facial. However, I had paid for a facial with extractions and that didn't happen!! I was going to mention it, but the next client phoned from the reception so I felt like I had to leave.
