Lulia is soo nice, the service she provides is exceptional. It’s value for money too. Her boutique is clean and lovely. I had lash extensions there it made me feel beautiful but unfortunately I had to get them taken off due to personal reasons, Lulia is so welcoming and friendly, I would highly recommend her boutique.
