I’m a bit confused why this is so highly rated.
I came here for a Hollywood Wax and left semi-traumatised. The hot wax was way too hot and she didn’t use any proper techniques. It was SO painful. More than what a normal wax should be.
I went to a different beautician recently and she asked me if I had shaved since my last wax. I hadn’t but the wax here had broken my hairs, rather than pulling from the roots. Basically paid to get the same results I could have got from shaving. Disappointed.
