The eyebrow threading was efficient, but the beautician kept trying to upsell me on different types of treatments. I got there 5 min late, which is my bad, but she also didn’t really take the time to ask me what I wanted or if it was ok at the end.

I have been getting HD Brows for a few years now, this was my first visit to a different salon. In the past my appointments take at least 30mins and they take the time to carefully measure and shape the brows. I was there for about 15mins and have never experienced threading so painful. When I got home I had to spend time tweezing out some of the hairs that were missed as this wasn't done at the salon. Wasn't completely happy with the shape and she trimmed them too much.
