The first time I booked for an appointment at Sophie's I was in desperate need of getting another salons treatment rectified. They had given me lashes that didn't suit my face and the glue was too close to my eyes. It wasn't a great job. Sophie was very friendly and welcoming and booked me in as soon as she could to fix the issues I had with the other salon. Sophie is very caring and always happy to help. Hence why I won't go anywhere else now. It's always a great experience with a lovely result
