Sadly not the experience I had hoped after such amazing reviews. Staff on the floor were lovely so not a poor rating on their behalf but it was an uncomfortable experience being left at the sink for two lots of colour being applied, lack of honesty about pricing and who was doing what. Very overpriced, Very disappointed.

It's like home from home atmosphere and you could not get better hair cut it just falls in every time you wash it yourself the atenchion you are given is above and beyond and never found it any different
