I found the whole experience very good, professional and friendly. The welcoming cup of tea and biscuit was also a lovely touch.

Listened to what me and my daughter was asking for and told us how her hair would behave with the specfic cut we mentioned. She waited until we were happy and then started the cut, talking my daughter through it as she went. Once finished she asked my daughter if she was happy and if she wanted anymore off. Recommend and would use again :)
