We popped in on the off chance we might be able to get my girls hair trimmed. Zoe saw to us as we entered the salon and was super kind fitting her in as she was free there and then!
Zoe asked what my daughter wanted and did exactly that. She communicated well with both of us rather than just talking to me and dismissing my daughter :)
