Love having my hair styled, I am always made to feel special by all the staff but especially by Katy. Nothing is too much trouble and everything is done in a very relaxed, friendly and professional way. Can't rate this salon high enough.

Room for massage could be a tad warmer & somewhere to hang coat and put clothes other than the floor! After care could have been so much better. I was directed to the toilet when my eye liner went messy! Not very hygienic, Perhaps a nice clean cotton pad would have been better.
The massage itself was absolutely perfect though for me.
I think treats like this are expensive so a little more care in certain areas and it would have been 100%
