Another wonderful experience, Katy was as talented and as professional as ever. Katy put my mind at ease as, I thought my hair was in an horrendous state due to a twin pregnancy and she had also recommended a product that would help with any concerns I had.

Lucy was such a lovely person, really chatty..she came across confident and knowledgeable.
