Jack is so lovely and extremely professional!
He really takes his time and pays attention to detail. He gives you a digital rewards card and even offers you a variety of beverages and biscuits on arrival! 😩❤️

I am truly sorry to leave a bad review. I did not leave in the middle of my treatment because it was already paid. First thing when I walked in the guy start shaming me for not being at work. They didn’t have towels, many colour choices (not even the basics: black, natural or red) and the only one I liked was “off”, as they said instead of out. Right there I realised that there was a language barrier. I asked for my nails to be kept long. I lost the entire length. I’m very disappointed

Sadly this was disappointing. I felt the stylist didn’t realise listen to what I wanted; I prompted her but she just continued. Last time I had a great cut with a different stylist but couldn’t book her again. I probably won’t go back. Too costly too
