I'll start by saying the blow dry was amazing, but I'm left rather confused about the whole experience. Firstly I'd booked with Natalia who was friendly and washed my hair. But then I was passed onto an older lady who didn't speak to me at all during the rest of my treatment. She cut my hair at a speed I have never seen before, and now the curls has dropped I can see it is very uneven! Loved the curly blow dry though. Very rapid, good price, but not top quality at all

Deep Tissue Massage
I asked for approx 3cm off my bob. She took off over 5-6cm. There are obvious chunks of hairs different lengths still. She didn’t completely dry my hair, was still wet when left. I asked for same length all the way around but it is not at all. When I tried to mention this, the lady did not speak enough English to understand and the lady who was translating had gone to another room to do another treatment. Very unhappy.
