I have been here before so booked for a Brazilian hot wax but left with a semi wax and in huge amounts of pain. I had to stop it half way because it was unbearable. The therapist was very sweet but obviously didn't know what she was doing - something she confirmed afterwards. I'm left with a very raw wonky and incomplete wax. I'm so upset and wish I hadn't booked here.
