The hairdresser doesn’t speak English so it took us a while to make sure she knows what haircut I want. The salon was very cold - not ideal when you have your hair washed. Hair washing was not pleasant - every time the water stopped it then started with cold water first and I had to say “sorry this is cold for me”. At some point the water was poured over my face and top, the hairdresser then apologised. I repeatedly asked to cut only the side bits but then saw cutting the ends in the back too and when I asked she insisted that it’s better to do that way, at that point I just wanted it to be over so didn’t argue. Overall one of the worst experience of a hair cut I’ve had.

I did a last minute booking but unfortunately the hairdresser working there didn’t speak English, my hair is quite easy so I felt comfortable still getting the cut but wouldn’t recommend this place for last minute bookings due to the language barrier
