Terrible. They postponed the booking for a further hour. The. Sent me a confirmation for the wrong time which meant I had to call them again to ask. I turned up at my given tim of 11.45 and I was still sitting in reception at 12.00 on my own with hardly anyone acknowledging me. I gave up in the end and walked out. Went to another salon who were able to provide me with a pedicure within 10 minutes.
