This is the second time I've booked a treatment here and the second time that they have called me on the morning of the treatment to change my appointment time.
I was happy with my pedicure and their choice of colours. Annoyingly I forgot my flip flops and so waited a further 45 mins after the polish was applied so it could air dry properly. Only after allbthat time was I told that they actually had flip flops I could buy for £2. I would have appreciated being told this earlier instead of waiting there for a further 45mins.
Attentive staff and good eyebrow wax. Nice and clean salon and lovely atmosphere.
Thank you for the classic facial , the products were very good.
However , there was a bit of a language barrier problem with my beautician.
She was very sweet and kind despite this difficulty .
Really good gel manicure and gel removal. Lady was lovely, patient with my newborn who was grumbling a fair bit and wasn't pushy with me when I needed to settle him quickly. I will definitely be returning - quality of manicure is excellent.
