The salon and staff are lovely. However, always a bit of drama with bookings- clearly don’t update their Treatwell calendar which leads to rescheduling or cancelling my appointments. This gets quite frustrating as I love using the Treatwell app. I will continue going to this salon, but I wish they paid more attention to their online bookings.

I arrived 15 minutes late for my appointment which I had been forced to move to a less convenient day and time because the salon did not keep track of Treatwell bookings. The lady who took care of me dilly-dallied until 22 past then announced that 30 minutes had gone by (7 of which ‘she’ wasted and 7 that were not yet gone). Then she gave me the pedicure as best she could including a great leg massage. The main issue is the application of the nail polish... not very precise, irregular in places and it doesn’t look very nice for £25... this was not because she was rushed as she finished before the end of my slot. Not very good value... I will look for a better place.
