The staff were very welcoming and friendly, they got me settled in for the massage very quickly as I hadn't arrived with any extra time to fill in the form needed. The massage was very good, very relaxing, but with nice firm pressure and included the lower legs as well as the feet. Overall I was really pleased. (The online information said that the treatment also covered an exfoliation too, which I didn't seem to, but I was actually glad it didn't as it was more time for the massage!)
