Wasn't with the person I selected but they did call me on the day to explain they had had staff sickness. Very friendly and listened to exactly what I asked for, really appreciate their body positivity and understanding approach. I had paid via paypal and there was perhaps some confusion because of that? But other than that a completely flawless experience!
Absolutely wonderful experience! I'm always a little nervous about salon experiences as a bigger woman but they made me feel so welcome, so relaxed. My treatment with Asta was brilliant and I will definitely be going back!
Having visited the chain in Cape Town I was intrigued to how this brand fit in here and it's great.
