My treatment went well and I like how clean the salon was. I was also offered a drink on arrival and the staff were friendly. However less than an hour before my appointment I was called to say the time was not available. I had to rebook for hours later in that day which meant changing my Saturday plans.

very accommodating staff when I asked to have 2 treatments at the same time (for me and another person), they transferred me to East Finchley Branch as they had a slot available. Lenka served me and provided exceptional service and was friendly!

The lady who did my Dermalogica facial was very educative, I really enjoyed it and now know much more about my skin!!
