Booked 3 treatments. One was eyebrow but the lady who does it is ok annual leave. I was issued a credit note. This is my second time in sorbet and I love the relaxing atmosphere. They really take care of you.

Great pre-birthday treatments. My Hollywood wax was comfortable and fairly thorough. The beautician doing the waxing was knowledgable, friendly and put me at ease.
The massage was deliciously warming and relaxing, though slightly shorter than the hour I'd booked.
The manicure and pedicure were lovely and the beauty therapist attentive. As I had to move from the Pedi station to the manicure area I noticed that the floor had soil and other debris on it that I had to walk barefoot over- this was disappointing as it was still morning and the floor should have been clean, and certainly still clean by that time.
Overall lovely experience.
The waxing here is always so good - relatively painfree and quick and efficient. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
