My beautician was attentive, experienced and highly detailed. She delivered a top quality service and I was extremely satisfied with the outcome of both my tints and waxes. I had actually experienced a pretty horrific outbreak of cystic acne on my forehead, after using a facial mask a couple of days previously. The Dermalogica Emergency Spot Treatment was recommeded and it has proved effective.
I would only recommend two amendments to the services at Sorbet, Muswell Hill: the first is simple, the prices are a little higher than elsewhere in the area and seem unnecessarily so, considering that it is not a luxury establishment. Secondly, and perhaps more pertinently, my waxes took place in a cordoned area of the main reception and shop front. This did not put me at ease or make me feel relaxed throughout the experience. Were I to return, I would prefer to be taken to a proper treatment room.

I had a deluxe manicure and pedicure at Sorbet salon. I had a very good experience and nails were done well. I will definitely be returning.
Thorough, professional and friendly. I’ve had two different therapists do my wax here and both have been perfect.
A great therapist , the treatment was as pain free as it could be and quick and clean. With good results afterwards
