My booking was rescheduled for a different time on the same day as a staff member was sick, so communication was good, but I wasn't in one of the big pedicure chairs, just on a normal chair with the beautician facing me, with a bowl of water in front of me. This was more uncomfortable for me compared to all other pedis I've had, and not exactly what I was expecting, but not sure if this is a regular thing at the salon, or if it was because my appointment had been rescheduled and the normal chair wasn't available. The beautician was lovely and the nail varnish so pretty, so happy with the nails, but they didn't use one of the skin peeler tools, just a file, and my feet didn't feel/look as clean as normal after a pedi when I looked at them properly after I'd left. Lovely place though and a great range of products on sale!
