I has a very bad experience at this salon. my appointment was around 40 mins late and nobody told me anything as to why this happened. Very unsatisfied. No apology (I made it clear that I was in a rush as had a flight to catch). Rude customer service- the lady on the desk had 0% customer service skills. I will never go back. Rip off also.
This was one of the best facials ive ever had! The therapist was professional, friendly and tailored to my needs.
