Came home with hair remaining all over the area. I contacted Jacqui for a refund but was told no. She accused me of being 'anxious' as a way of excusing her poor wax job and offended me by belittling me. She failed to see blatant hairs, both on the area she was waxing, and on my face when I asked her if they were long enough to wax. I had to go to another salon last night to have the job finished and the lady was shocked that I was allowed to leave a salon like that.
