I've been going to Jacqui for treatments for a few years now. Jacqui is all of the above, welcoming, professional and knowledgeable but she makes me feel at ease and she also makes me feel special in an unintended way. I always feel energised and positive after treatments with Jacqui in the same way I feel after spending time with a good friend. Her treatments are consistently excellent. Jacqui has high standards and is very attentive to ensuring customers' needs are met.
