Kristy my therapist was lovely and explained everything. Treatment was very relaxing. Salon ambience was lovely. Very good value for money. I intend re booking the treatment.

My first massage experience - so I have nothing to compare it with, but I found it very pleasant and soothing, with friendly but professional staff and a relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely repeat the experience. I found the online booking system very easy to use. I can't comment on "spa facilities" as I only had a back, neck and shoulders massage, but since feedback is apparently required for all aspects, I have given this one a "neutral" three stars. This only really means "I can't comment" on this aspect. Everything else was very satisfactory.

First time using the salon. Staff were nice and facilities were very clean. Massage was lovely and room was very relaxing with nice music.
