It’s possibly that this is normal at this salon, but the appointment took quite a lot longer than expected (2hr 20min) for soak off and gel nails. The practitioner was very friendly and made a good effort to do a decent job. Salon is cute and clean.
Extremely nice and attentive staff but my nails started chipping at day 3, and now, after a week, they are almost completely chipped.
Jess was lovely and a very good massage therapist. The reason I’ve rated it 4/5 stars is because I found it difficult to relax during my massage as you could loudly hear the other members of staff chatting outside the room. Also I was having a pregnancy massage and they didn’t have a pregnancy massage support pillow which would have made it far more comfortable.
